So today I had to finally get out and get my legs burning again... it's been nearly a month and a half! I couldn't find anyone to go with me on the late notice so I kept it safe and short by skinning across from Alta for a quick run.
As you can see it was a bluebird day and the snow at the beginning was rock hard... not fun for the skins once I got on some steeper terain.
Almost there! The sun was beautiful and warm and the snow was ripening up just right for some corn/sugar in spots. It definitely felt great to get the skis under me again and hopefully it won't take me another month to post. :)
